Community contributions (takhmeen, pledges, voluntary support) are primarily non-refundable unless due to verified clerical errors or duplicate payments.
Members should retain payment acknowledgements. Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of transaction posting.
Service-based commitments (e.g. RSVP, assignments) should be updated promptly to allow proper planning. Late changes may not be reversible.
Approved refund adjustments are processed within 10–15 working days where feasible.
Refunds (when applicable) are returned via the original payment method or adjusted against future dues.
Confirmed services already rendered, perishable arrangements, or finalized receipts tied to external disbursements.
Escalate unresolved discrepancies to the designated committee email before initiating any formal charge dispute.
