We maintain identity, contact, sector, Hijri participation, signup, takhmeen and payment related records necessary for community operations.

Data supports scheduling, communication, financial tracking, attendance, and facilitation of organized participation.

Only authorized roles (admin, amilsaheb, anjuman, masool/musaid, umoor teams) access relevant operational data. Least privilege is applied where feasible.

Data is not sold or shared externally except where legally required or explicitly approved for payment processing or compliance.

Reasonable safeguards (segregated roles, guarded writes, server validations) limit unauthorized changes. No system can be 100% secure—report suspected issues promptly.

Operational and financial records may be retained for compliance/audit cycles. Outdated or inactive records can be archived.
